Properties

FasTop TG69 is a heavy-duty polyurethane concrete floor screed that has excellent resistance to a wide variety of chemicals and temperatures up to 120°C and down to -40°C. FasTop TG69 provides a light anti-slip surface that is suitable for use in a variety of wet and dry environments. It provides a dense, impervious flooring solution that is resistant to abrasion and heavy impacts.
The properties of FasTop TG69 make it ideal for applications in the food and beverage, chemical and pharmaceutical industries to provide a durable, long lasting floor. The product incorporates an antimicrobial agent to minimise microbial growth on the floor surface once installed and is taint free so can be installed in active food production areas.
