Mastics & Pastes
A range of self-supporting, non cracking cold-applied mastics, designed for the protection of mechanical pipe joints, flanges & valves, as well as sealing ducts and conduits against ingress of gas & water. These mastics & pastes are fast and easy to apply, with minimal surface preparation required. They conform, fill & seal awkward shapes/voids with ease. Denso Paste™ is a petrolatum based compound to be applied prior to the application of Denso Petrolatum Tapes (particularly Denso Tape™ as part of the Denso P1 System). The Denso Profiling Mastic™ is a self-supporting mastic for moulding around irregular shaped fittings (as part of the Denso P1 & P2 System). Find our more about the mastics & pastes below.

Denso Profiling Mastic™
A cold applied, self-supporting mastic for moulding around irregular shaped fittings such as mechanical joints and valves to provide a suitable profile for applying anti-corrosion tapes.

Densoseal™ 16A
A no setting, self supporting mastic which may be applied to wet surfaces and will seal ducts and conduits against ingress of gas and water.
Densostrip™
A cold applied preformed sealing strip based on bitumen for sealing joints between precast concrete units used for manholes, box culverts, pipes and tunnel segments.
Denso Void Filler Type I
A specially formulated petrolatum compound for pumping hot or cold, to fill the space in-between tendons, cables, or ducts where it forms a semi-solid paste that encapsulates the cable.
ViscoPutty
An amorphous, apolar, visco-elastic, semi-solid, polyolefin mastic for corrosion prevention of underground and aboveground substrates. Part of the Viscotaq™ Coating System.

Longwrap LD Mastic
A VOC Free, cold applied, wax based putty filled with expanded polystyrene beads that is designed to fill gaps and irregular contours prior to the application of Longwrap or Maflowrap tapes.
Tapecoat Flangecoat
A VOC Free, cold applied, compound that is designed to fill flange interfaces prior to the application of Tapecoat tapes.
Longwrap Petrolatum Paste
A VOC Free, cold applied, wax based primer. It completely wets out the substrate surface and displaces any moisture prior to the application of all grades of Longwrap Petrolatum tape and LD Mastic.
